Boys Who Cry is a fictional band from the Nickelodeon animated series Spongebob Squarepants. They first appeared in Whale of a Birthday and they are Pearl Krabs's favorite band, as well as Squidward's.

In the beginning of Whale of a Birthday, Pearl woke up and noticed the radio which was saying that the band was having a new song called "It's All About You". Pearl got really excited because the day she heard the news was the day of her birthday. Then, it showed an image of the boys, which wasn't really an "appearance" because Pearl was just imagining the event of when they were singing at her birthday party.

However, Squidward happened to know all of their songs. Because Mr. Krabs was highly cheap, he offered Squidward to take a role in being the performer at Pearl's party, although his friends didn't appreciate him. The band appeared after Spongebob put them in a box and after all the presents arrived. Then, they actually sang their new song for Pearl.
