I believe this general Bowl Game template should be just a list of the names of the bowl games with no dates. This template should be placed on the general bowl game articles like Outback Bowl or Gator Bowl. We then should create a {{2006 Bowl Games}} template for use on articles like 2006 Alamo Bowl or 2007 Fiesta Bowl. Actually, I could even argue that the individual yearly bowl games do not need a template. But I still think this template should not contain dates as it applies to non temporal articles.
