What is the source for all of these:

• Bow Wow is considering dropping his "Bow Wow" monicker in order to be known by his real name, Shad Moss.

• R&B singer Ciara Harris has been rumored to be engaged to wed Bow Wow. Both have publicly denied any such engagement despite Harris donning what appeared to be a large engagement ring while accompanying Moss to the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards. (this was credited to a blurb at IMDB)

• A sitcom series called "Bow" starring the rapper Bow Wow may be forthcoming. The network and production details remain unknown.

I just added the Template:Tone to the article. The "Trivia" section is attracting, well, trivia, as such sections tend do, and speculation about who the subject's "close friends" is now also taking up multiple lines in a very short article. The article was protected because of four (iirc) edits which were obviously commercial spam that had no place here. I mean, the ads were for ahem medication and for porn sites that would be illegal in most countries. I admit that these really ticked me off. However, please feel free to unprotect. The page is only semi-protected. If you do unprotect it, please watch it for the day (I'm not talking about a minute-by-minute watch, of course) to make sure this spammer has given up. --Yamla 15:02, 17 June 2006 (UTC)

I think this article, like every other, should identify the subject in the very first line with the same name that is used to call the article - i.e. Bow Wow, which is what he is widely known as. His birth name/legal name should go after. Is it true that Bow Wow has his own record label. A source of info was mentioned on the Miss Nana page that he had one and she was signed to this particular label, but I can't find any sources leading up to that. Is it true or not? Fanficgurl 4:02 June 26 2006 (UTC)

Moved a few things here that had an uncited tag on them and still haven't been cited:

Lil Bow Wow was listed by Death Row Records on their official roster. Proof can be seen as they put up a poster ad for the now defunct Club 662 containing the 1995 roster which includes "Lil Bow Wow". You can see the poster by Clicking Here. Udstyle

An 8 year old at DeathRow? Do you think that maybe someone else might have come up with a name like Lil'Bow Wow before him? Of course! The name is just as dumb as BIG Moo or Slicky Miaow. Clearly this is not the same Bowwow.

Don't be stupid, of course it's the same Lil' Bow Wow. I guess it was just a coincidence that he was given the name by Snoop when he was signed to Death Row, and hired as an opening act at Death Row Records shows. Clearly IT IS the same Bow Wow. Udstyle
