Bowler Offroad

Bowler Off road Limited is the maker of an off road vehicle based on the Land Rover Defender called the Wildcat, all Wildcats have an MSA approved advanced tubular space frame. The Company is based in Derbyshire, England.
The Bowler is more closely related to the Defender, but has parts from other models in the Land Rover lineup. It has evolved to take a major role in such grueling races as the Dakar rally.
In the first year of production, the Wildcat participated in many of the worlds toughest rallies, the Dakar 2000 and 2001 French Tout Terrain, winning the Welsh Hill rally and the 2000 Hill Rally Championship of Great Britain.
The current model range includes:
- Wildcat 200 Entry Level
- Wildcat 200 Rally Raid
- Wildcat 200 European Baja
- Wildcat 200 Dakar
Bowler recently announced an all new model, the Nemesis, which appears to use a Land Rover Range Rover Sport body shell, or similar. The Evolution is described by Bowler as 'a full blown desert racer designed to cope with the harshest events the World Off Road Rally circuit can provide.', they claim the car, using a 4.2ltr supercharged V8 and is driven via a 6-speed manual gearbox. Iy will give a 0 -100kmph of under 4.5 seconds.
