Bova (Calabrian Greek: Jalo tu Vùa) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Calabria in the Italian region Calabria, located about 120 km southwest of Catanzaro and about 25 km southeast of Reggio Calabria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 471 and an area of 46.9 km².[1]
It is the seat of the Roman Catholic diocese of Bova.[2]
Bova borders the following municipalities: Africo, Bova Marina, Condofuri, Palizzi, Roghudi, Staiti.
