[edit] Bouie/Bowie

I just started this article, and thought I'd note that my map (Delorme) shows the stream as "Bowie River", formed in Forrest County by the confluence of "Bowie Creek" and "Okatoma Creek", but according to a query of the GNIS, the US Board on Geographic Names settled in 1990 on "Bouie River" as the name of the entirety of "Bowie Creek" and "Bowie River". I've made a redirect page from Bowie River to here. Malepheasant 06:40, 28 November 2005 (UTC)
