Boustead Group SGX: B04 was founded in 1828 as Boustead & Co. in Singapore. The company was incorporated in 1961 under the Kuala Lumpur and Singapore stock exchanges. In 1975, the Malaysian operations were separated from overseas interests.

The Group's operations are focused in five Operating Divisions, namely Plantation, Finance & Investment, Property, Manufacturing & Trading and Service Industry.
