Botanical Garden in Berlin (German: Botanischer Garten und Botanisches Museum Berlin-Dahlem) is a large botanical garden in Berlin, Germany. With area of 43 hectares and around 22,000 different plant species it is one of the most important gardens in the world.

The garden is located in the Dahlem neighborhood of the borough of Steglitz-Zehlendorf. It was constructed during 1897 - 1910 under guidance of architect Adolf Engler. Reason for the construction was to present and examine exotic plants from German colonies and also inability to expand the old kitchen and herbal garden in city centre, established in 1679.

Today the garden organizationally belongs to the Free University of Berlin. The Botanical Museum (Botanische Museum) with large collection of plant preparates (Herbarium, Herbarium Berolinense) and a large scientific library are attached to the garden.

The complex consists of several buildings and glass-houses, for example Cactus Pavilion or Pavilion Victoria with collection of exotic plants as orchids, carnivorous plants and giant white water lily Victoria (Victoria-Seerosen). Total area of all glass-houses is 6,000 m². Open air departments, sorted by geographical origin, have area of 13 hectares. Area of the Arboretum is 14 hectares.

The most known is the Great Pavilion (Das Große Tropenhaus), the largest glass-house in the world. The building has steel structure covered by glass, 25 meters high and size 30 x 60 meters. Temperature inside is kept to stable 30 °C, air humidity is kept high and the place hosts many tropical plants, including a giant Bamboo.
