The Boston Pilgrims is a name that some sportswriters occasionally used to describe an American League baseball team from 1903 to 1906. It was never an official, or even a semi-official name. The team became the Boston Red Sox in 1907. The franchise had entered the American League in 1901 as the Boston Americans and also played as the Boston Somersets in 1902.

The team played its home games at the Huntington Avenue Grounds, and was managed by Hall of Fame third baseman Jimmy Collins in 1903, 1904, 1905, and most of 1906. Collins was replaced as manager by center fielder Chick Stahl with 40 games remaining in the '06 season.

The team won the very first World Series in 1903, defeating the Pittsburgh Pirates five games to three.
