Boston Braves (established 2006) were a rugby league team based in Boston, Massachusetts. The team competed in the Lincoln Conference of the American National Rugby League competition for the 2006 season. They were coached by Jim Walker, former player-coach with Lancaster University, and media manager with the Oxford Cavaliers.
The team was established as a sister club to the rugby union National Champions, Boston Irish Wolfhounds RUFC, but broke away in 2006, due to sponsorship conflicts. The team featured a number of Australian, New Zealand, Tongan, English and Irish rugby league talent, but struggled to attract local Union players to bolster the ranks.
The Braves are not scheduled to play in the AMNRL 2007 season.
