Boss Relief is a ska band from northern New Jersey, composed of nine members at its height.

As of June 2006, Boss Relief has released one EP, titled The Lillard Sessions, with plans for another by the end of the summer. The Lillard Sessions contains five songs and features the entire band, with the exception of Matt van Order.
