Boss Model Management

Boss Model Management is a modelling agency. Founded in 1988 by British photographer David Bosman, the agency was known throughout the 1990s as "the agency that invented the male supermodel." It published a book authored by Vanity Fair’s George Wayne titled Male Supermodels: the Men of Boss Models.
The agency had a golden era in the 1990s when it had offices in New York, London, Miami and Cape Town, a chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce to run around in and the lion's share of the world's top male modelling talent on its rosters.
Today, though not the powerhouse it once was, COO Jason Smith and President David Bosman have turned it around and given the agency a respect in the women's market. The agency still manages to maintain the top men's and women's agency in Cape Town.
