The wine tastings should not be in this article. They can be linked to, but this is basically a discussion of a historic list, not some wine tastings. Justinc 00:30, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Dubignon-Talbot

The chateau Dubignon-Talbot is removed from the present list, but was in it originally. It was a 3. cru from St.-Julien.

Should that be included in the text?

  • Excellent work Smoulding! I'm still working on some of the Champagne pages but when I get done with that I'll be glad to help add some content to the Bordeaux pages. Agne 20:06, 24 January 2007 (UTC) Thanks! Look forward to your contributions Steve.Moulding 20:25, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

I'm told I shouldn't add empty pages but should only add pages with content. Will do so going forward. Existing placeholder pages will likely disappear (they were easy to create so no big deal) More incentive to get working on the content! Steve.Moulding 20:22, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

Well you can create one line stubs with things like "Chateau (blank) was a Bordeaux chateau listed as a Troisièmes Crus Chateaux on the famous Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855". It established notability and serves as a nice stub/placeholder for later expansion. Ideally, if you can attach a source for the listing on the 1855 classification it would be even better. Agne...saw the new pages you've created...great work!! Steve.Moulding 13:46, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Agne has created wiki-acceptable pages for those 1855 Châteaux with missing content. Great!
  • For those Châteaux that have their own websites I've started adding links in the individual pages. Pages need expanding.
