[edit] Plot
Max thinks she has found a cure for the virus, so she and Alec steal footage of Star Wars Episode VII to pay the doctor. When she is injected with the cure, it is discovered that Max only has twelve hours until the virus returns. While Max is with Logan, Joshua goes outside and discovers Gossamer, another project of Manticore. Joshua rushes over to Logan's to find Max to tell her the news. Max reluctantly pays a visit to Alec, who to her surprise, is with Asha. Logan does some searching of his own, but becomes captured by Gossamer. When Max and Alec find him, they also become victim to Gossamer. Joshua, who was told to stay at Logan's apartment, is their only hope to get free. Joshua finally reaches the scene and frees Max, who takes the Keveral (what attracts Gossamer) and traps him in a vehicle. At dawn, the owner of the junk yard decides to keep Gossamer as a pet. At the agreement that he'll keep Gossamer locked up at night. Logan gives Max one final kiss, just as the twelve hour mark hits and the virus will have taken control again as the episode comes to an end.

- Max mentions a Star Wars Episode VII being in production before "the pulse" hit. This is something many fans hope for, but George Lucas has no plans of.
- Alec, when being told of the Star Wars footage, asks if it's the one where Captain Kirk dies. This is a reference to Star Trek.
