Born to Lose, Built to Win (The Reagan Era) is the 3rd album from Juelz Santana. It will be released sometime in Spring 2007. The album is also rumored to be titled "Rehab" as seen in the booklet of J.R. Writer's latest CD Writers Block Volume 4, also release date being stated "Soon".

The album was aid in his new mixtape on the song "All I Need" which features Cam'ron, Jim Jones, and Max B. The song disses Jay-Z for not retiring after The Black Album. Guest appearances include Jim Jones, Max B, The Game, Young Jeezy, Cam'Ron, Hell Rell, Lil' Wayne and Paul Wall.

The first official single is "The Second Coming," which was produced by Just Blaze and appears in a commercial for Nike. The Runners, Develop, The Heatmakerz, Duke Da God and Akon are some of the producers featured on the album. Juelz has stated that he would like to work with Eminem.[1]
