Gila elegans (also known as bonytail chub or Bonytail) is an endangered species of freshwater fish of the gila genus. It is known to exist in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada and Utah in the United States.
The Gila elegans was added to the endangered species list on April 23, 1980.
