Bombay Bicycle Club began at an early age, and currently have an average age of 17. Bombay Bicycle Club started playing gigs at school and at small London venues. The band entered, and won, the "Road to V" competition which led to them opening V Festival later that year.[2]
Bombay Bicycle Club released their debut EP, "The Boy I Used To Be" on 12 February 2007 on the band's own record label,"Mmm.. Records"[3][4]
