A Bombard tower is the name given to a medieval tower which contained numerous cannons at the top, and was used for defensive purposes.

Bombard towers have been used in some computer games, for example Age of Empires 2, Warcraft 2 and Warcraft 3 (though under the name "Cannon Tower" in the Warcraft series).

In Age of Empires 2, Bombard Towers cost 125 stone and 100 gold, have 2225 hit points, 120 attack, and a variable range (depending on civilization). They are highly susceptible to "Siege Rams", causing little damage to them but receiving much in exchange.
