Bombalurina (cat)

Bombalurina is a Jellicle from Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats. She's a flirtatous red Queen with a white chest and black spots.

Bombalurina plays a large role in the musical, dancing and singing several solo and duet parts. She sings "The Gumbie Cat" with Demeter and Jellylorum, "Grizabella the Glamour Cat" with Demeter again, and "Bustopher Jones" with Jennyanydots And Jellylorum. Her biggest part is "Macavity", which she sings with Demeter towards the end of the musical.

Some think she and Demeter are sisters while other think they are close friends. She usually flirts with the Rum Tum Tugger but he rejects her during his song. In some productions, she's very close to Munkustrap or Alonzo.

In the Cats movie, she is played by Rosemarie Ford.
