Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street (Russian: Никитская улица, Nikitskaya Ulitsa) is a major street that runs from Mokhovaya Street to Garden Ring in Moscow. It runs parallel to the more famous New Arbat (a few blocks to the south) and Tverskaya Street (to the north).

The street originated in the Middle Ages as a thoroughfare leading to Novgorod. The street's most notable historic landmark is the Great Annunication Church, rebuilt with funds provided by Prince Potemkin between 1798 and 1848 to a Neoclassical design by Osip Bove.
