Boingo is a fictional character from the film Hoodwinked who is voiced by Andy Dick.

Boingo is in fact a bunny rabbit who had imployed 4 henchmen to help out in steeling the Recipies, specifically the ones from Red in the end.
Only near the end, after Nicky has heard al the stories, is that he says that Boingo is in fact the Goody Bandit.
He even gets his own musical number named Top of the Woods where he in fact sings out his plan to Red. Though, in the end, after chasing Granny and Red down the cable car, he and his henchmen end up in jail.
