Bogucice (German: Bogutschütz) is a district of Katowice, in Poland.

The village Bogucice was probably founded in the 13th century. The first unquestionable mention of Bogucice, dated 15 December 1360, is contained in a document of Nicolaus II, Opole-Raciborz Duke, who bestowed Bogucice and some other villages, on Otton of Pilica. In 1924 the village was incorporated into Katowice. The most eminent piece of architecture in Bogucice is the neo-gothic church, St. Stephen the Martyr, which was consecrated in 1894. The oldest cemetery in Katowice was located in Bogucice, first mentioned in 1598, but there are no remains from this period today.
