Boeing Canada Technology

Boeing Canada Technology began in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in 1971 with 50 employees. It is one of only five sites in North America producing components for Boeing aircraft. After a slump following September 11, the aircraft industry in Winnipeg has bounced back and employment has once again reached 1,100.
The two Boeing locations in Winnipeg produce Boeing 737, Boeing 747, Boeing 767, Boeing 777, and Boeing 787 components.
Projected sales for Canada are expected to be $293 million CDN in 2006.
