The Boecis ("Lo Poema de Boecis") is a very old manuscript, written around the year 1000 in the Limousin dialect of Occitan, spoken in the nowadays southern France. It is the first known poem in langue d'Oc, and one of the first documents in this language.

This poem was inspired by the work De consolatione philosophiae of the Latin poet, philosopher and politician Boethius (~480-524).
