Bodyrox
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bodyrox is the name for English house music DJ Jon Pearn's solo work. Pearn is one half of the house duo Full Intention.
Bodyrox's first single "Yeah Yeah" (featuring Luciana, and released October 30th 2006) enjoyed success with high levels of play in clubs, radio and music TV channels. It has been described by both Nic Fanciulli and Paul Woolford as one the biggest tunes in Miami, and has reached #2 on the UK Top 40, also charting in the Netherlands and Finland.
Its success arguably came from the D. Ramirez remix of the track that layered bendy synths in the mix. It was this remix that constituted the backing track of the radio edit for the full release.
