Boardroom & A Parked Place is the sixth episode of season five of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

[edit] Plot

The other partner at Doucette & Stein, Mr. Stein, shows up at work after years at the London office and soon Will finds himself assisting the rather crazy man. However, after learning that the "London office" was actually a mental clinic, Will finds himself having to fire colleagues and soon being rapidly promoted due to his friendship with Stein. And Grace and Jack are stunned to learn that, Stan having frozen all of Karen's assets in the separation, the millionaress is now living in her limo with Rosario.
