[edit] Questions

SlimVirgin,

Do you know where she was born?

Standard biogrphical usage should be used down the road with this article it seems.

Is her being Jewish her most important attribute? Thanks!Backroomlaptop 03:56, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

Hi Slim,

Again, do you know Ms. Greenberg's exact, if there is such a thing, ethnicity? I am having trouble nailing this down, but you seem more knowledgeable. If she was born in the US, then American would be better/standard usage. If not, I will defer to you. Thanks! Backroomlaptop 05:07, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

I don't know what you mean by "standard biographical usage." Can you show me where the standard is written? SlimVirgin (talk) 05:17, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
It seems she was born in Seattle, Wa and this was helpful to me..Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies) Backroomlaptop 05:29, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
Also, I will try to find out more about her ancestry and add it as I can....Backroomlaptop 05:32, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanks, BRL. The MoS is a guideline that keeps changing (not policy), so it's far from clear whether we ought to rely on it at any given moment. I tend to agree that nationality only should be included as a rule but where the ethnicity is relevant to the article or to the person's notability, then I include it, which is why I did here.
