[edit] Summary
Low Vase: Measuring 5-1/2" high and 5-3/4" in diameter. Low vase with good functional design. It could be labeled a cookie jar with gray-white ground and underglaze blue decoration of four medallions of the long life symbol in addition to a lappet border around the neck and concentric rings at the very top of the raised neck and at the base. Good condition except for a restoration that is apparent and a few chips at the neck and foot. 19th century.
From the private collection of Paul V. and Elizabeth J. Colaianni.
