The Company's consumer products are marketed under the brand name of Clear Essence® Skin Care Systems and the Clear Essence® Collections. The brand name enjoys good penetration and consumer recognition within the target markets. Bluefield Associates, Inc. and its Clear Essence® product lines are one of America's major cosmetic exporters, so honored and recognized by various governmental and civic organizations. The Company's distribution network is impressive and covers majority of the olive to ebony skin tone world markets - Africa, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and the Americas. In addition and due to the growing immigration and world population shifts, the Company is realizing substantial sales and new distribution in the seemingly untraditional markets of Europe; namely Germany, France, England and as far north as Sweden.
Bluefield Associates, Inc. laboratories and the manufacturing plants are OTC Pharmaceutical Level Facilities, licensed to compound and package "over the counter" (OTC) pharmaceuticals, operating under the strictest quality regimes of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as the stringent guidelines and permits by the State of California. This industry credential provides the highest level of quality control, inviting contract and private label manufacture of pharmaceuticals for companies such as Bristol-Myers, Tylenol and others, both domestic and from overseas.

In terms of ancillary research, Bluefield R&D are conducting innovative investigations into Africa's and Asia's plant and fauna resources as related to their pharmaceutical and skin care applications.
One such investigation centers on cooperative engagement with specialized botanical research facility in Cameroon, on the Atlantic South Coast of West Africa. From initial indications there are several areas which may prove extremely beneficial and may ultimately enter the Clear Essence® product lines - making them even more proprietary and providing an additional Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to the Clear Essence® brand positioning.
All of the Company's laboratories and manufacturing facilities are under the supervision of the in-house Quality Control Unit (QC), as designated by the FDA and California State regulators. The manufacturing plant is located at the Company's headquarters in Ontario, California. The plant is modern and designed to the highest industry standards. Compounding to packaging, container packing and shipping is done in-house under the supervision and surveillance of the QC staff. Under the FDA guidelines, employee education and training is paramount - it is continuous and rigorous.
