Blue Ribbon
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Blue Ribbon is a chain of 6 highly rated[citation needed] upscale restaurants in New York City that have a cult following from locals and chefs alike[citation needed].
Founded by Bruce and Eric Bromberg, their original location in SoHo, Manhattan, quickly became a premier destination for national and international food and wine into the late-night hours (open from 4 PM to 4 AM). Since opening in 1992, the Bromberg brothers have expanded to include Blue Ribbon Sushi Manhattan (with partner Toshi Ueki), Blue Ribbon Brooklyn and Blue Ribbon Sushi Brooklyn in Park Slope, Blue Ribbon Bakery and Blue Ribbon Wine Bar on Downing Street.
The Bromberg brothers have also branched out of the food industry with the Blue Ribbon Sound Recording Studio.
Blue Ribbon Restaurants are also sponsors of the CRCA/Blue Ribbon - Translations.com Cycling Team.
