Blue Dog Records

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Blue Dog Records, although an independent record label, was affiliated to V2 and was active in the 1990s with a mostly indie roster of artists including The Crocketts, Daytona and Contempo. The London based label was based in an office above the original Barfly at The Falcon (pub), where many of the acts would showcase their new songs.

[edit] The Singles Club

As well as major releases for The Crocketts and Daytona, the label also ran a singles club, a total of 12 singles were released on 7 inch vinyl and are now highly collectable in America.
