The Blue Cross/Blue Shield Service Center (600 E. Lafayette Blvd. Detroit, MI 48226) is a skyscraper near the Renaissance Center complex in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was constructed in 1971, and stands at 22 floors. The building was constructed in a sunken plaza. It houses the Blue Cross and Blue Shield medical services of Michigan.
