Bludenz is a city in the state of Vorarlberg in Austria. The town is surrounded by mountains at the meeting point of five different valleys,

  • The Klostertal
  • The Montafon
  • The Walgau
  • The Brandnertal
  • The Groß Walsertal.

Its geographical location is 47°10′N, 9°49′E. The Bludenz district headquarters are situated in the Castle of Gayenhofen, built in the 18th century.

Major companies are Suchard (chocolate) and Fohrenburger (beer). Bludenz is also capital of a district of Vorarlberg.
