[edit] Unspecified source for Image:CHICK fIT.png
Thanks for uploading Image:CHICK fIT.png. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. feydey 13:43, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Bey2.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Bey2.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. [edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Rihanna-One.png)
Thanks for uploading Image:Rihanna-One.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Nominated AfD
[edit] AfD nomination of TBA Nelly Furtado
I've nominated TBA Nelly Furtado, an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that TBA Nelly Furtado satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/TBA Nelly Furtado and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of TBA Nelly Furtado during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Adambro 10:46, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image uploads
Hi there. Before you upload any more images, could you please familiarise yourself with Wikipedia:Image copyright tags which should help you determine what license to tag the image with. In the case of an album cover, this is most likely to be appropriate to select the "Album or single cover". You also need to provide the source of the image. Thanks. [edit] Articles on albums not yet announced
- Please do not insert unverified speculation into Wikipedia, because Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. This includes the creation of articles on albums that haven't yet been officially announced, such as TBA Ashlee Simpson, TBA Mariah Carey etc., and uploading fake album covers to put in these articles. For albums that haven't yet been announced, I'd recommend editing the article on the singer and adding the information about any forthcoming albums there. Remember to reliable sources to accompany the information.
- Please do not copy and paste text material from copyrighted websites. If the information is relevant to include, rewrite it in your own words, but do not simply copy and paste because that is plagiarism and will be removed because it could get Wikipedia into serious trouble.
- Please do not copy or cut content from one article to another without mentioning the original article in the edit summary. Thanks. Extraordinary Machine 17:47, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Uploading images
Hi there. Further to my previous comments, please stop uploading images without specifying their source and selecting an appropriate licence. Images without this information will be deleted from Wikipedia. Thanks. Adambro 10:43, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- Also, it has been sugggested that the album covers you have uploaded may have been created by you. This is not useful and using these images within article will lead to confusion. I'd ask you to consider this before uploading any more images. If you fail to do so, you risk your edits being deemed unconstructive and damaging to Wikipedia. This could lead to you being blocked from editing. Adambro 10:47, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fake album images
Hi Blobba, I have just finished deleting the 48 images of unreleased albums that you uploaded, many of which seem to be fake and probably all are. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/TBA Nelly Furtado for the list of images and articles deleted. If I am wrong about them being fake, please say so. Anyway, they have copyright problems and most of the images are now orphaned by the "delete" outcome of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/TBA Nelly Furtado, so they'd be deleted even if you didn't create them in photoshop yourself. —Quarl (talk) 2007-02-25 06:55Z

[edit] Blocked
Hi Blobba, I'm sorry I have to do this, but I'm blocking you for 24 hours. You aren't responding to any of our messages, so perhaps this will finally get your attention. The album cover images you keep uploading despite our requests to stop are apparently created by yourself or otherwise fake. Once the block expires, please don't upload any images without first addressing this issue, or we may have to escalate the block. Also, User:Loveman334 has uploaded the same images you previously uploaded, is that also your account? —Quarl (talk) 2007-02-26 12:01Z

[edit] Blocked again
Hi Blobba, since you still seem not to be responsive to talk messages and have continued your behavior of uploading unverifiable, likely fake, album cover images, I'm increasing your block to 1 week. If these album cover images aren't fake, please say so. —Quarl (talk) 2007-03-01 06:52Z
