[edit] Move to "Blockout"

Hi there. I've been having a bash at this one, and I'm interested in any edits or comments.

Do I have to appeal to a higher authority to get the title corrected? It should be "Blockout", not "Block Out".--Joesydney 12:41, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

I 'd say go ahead and move it; although I've seen multiple spelling versions, Blockout seems to be the proper one. --ChaChaFut 03:31, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

Hey thanks, to ChaChaFut and Ahoerstemeier for their clean-up and contributions to my edits. This was my first edit of any significance, and it's rewarding to see the article improving. Dumb question from a newcomer: What's the best way to sign edits? I can sign in the article, but most of the articles I browse don't seem to be littered with signatures. Signing in the edit comment box doesn't seem to work. Is it best just to make a comment here in talk and sign that? --Joesydney 08:03, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

In terms of verifiable evidence in favour of "Blockout" over "Block Out", please see the chat between players on the guestbook at the Blockout Home Page. Alternatively, download the game itself from the same site and see page two as you enter the game. The assertion of copyright is "C 1989 Blockout by California Dreams". The only evidence for "Block Out" that I can see is page one of the game where the letters come up one by one with the word "Block" appearing above the word "Out". I would argue this is only for stylistic reasons and economy of use on screen where a developer has desired a large font. --Joesydney 08:20, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
