Blood compact may refer to:
- the ritual where two (or more) people drink a small amount of each other's blood as a sign of friendship, to seal a treaty, to pledge allegiance, etc.
- Sandugo - the blood compact performed in native-Bohol style between the traveling Spanish explorer Miguel López de Legazpi and Datu Sikatuna of Bohol on March 16, 1565 in the Philippines. This was considered first international treaty of friendship between a Spaniard and a Filipino.
- Blood compact (film) - a Filipino film starring Joseph Estrada released in 1972 in the Philippines
