If it does turn out to be more proprietary than in the public domain, I recommend deletion of this topic in favor of augmenting the QFD article on abbreviated QFD methods. Here on some ideas that I have for improvement of this page:

  • Define the acronym QFD in the article.
  • Add a short explanation of how this technique or method is implemented.
  • Is this technique or method applied only in the software industry or it used in other areas?
  • Give some examples of how this is helpful.
