How many people even remember a time before graphical web interfaces and http address were imbedded in comercials? A time when the subculture was determined as much by the hardware as it was the software? BLAZEMONGER INCORPORATED is the perfect example of this. We see the natural evolution of this today in the arguments between Mac and PC users, but really, the Blazemonger posts helped to illustrate just how increadibly out-of-hand those arguments could get back then. Of course it did do it in a unique and humorous way, one which helps us peek into the Amiga subculture of the early 90s.

Furthermore, the Blazemonger posts helped with an insight into the subculture behind those who used Amigas in those days. A little strange, often times quirky, most Amiga users took great delight in appearing this way.

To loose these unique (and quite frankly hilarious) posts to obscurity would be not only a loss to our history, but a loss to our culture.
