[edit] Deafness

The deaf attribution given to Black Coyote comes mainly from the miniseries "Into the West". It is not a factual attribution, and was a cinematic device used to give the massacre more emotional resonance. Stating that Black Coyote was deaf as if it were fact will not be tolerated on the article page. You can reference claims that he was deaf, but you cannot give those claims the appearance of fact. --Dogbreathcanada 21:11, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
