From the Maryland Historical Society web site, [4]

The status of this picture is unknown. It was likely made in the 1950s by a Balt. Sun photographer. It would have had to have been expressly copyrighted at that time and it is unknown whether this happened. The MDHS was apparently given the picture, likely to be used for a public resource as all the MDHS pictures are.
