Very detailed but "blank" world map in SVG format, adapted from Image:World map pol 2005 v02.svg and put in the style of Image:BlankMap-World.png. See also Image:BlankMap-World6.svg, which has no longitude and latitude lines, and has a number of fixes like antarctica, montenegro, etc.

TODO:

make sure all boundary segments are there.
get antarctica back
