This photograph is an official promotional photograph from Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. The original source is the photography website of the promotion, TNApics.com, who is the copyright holder of the image. The use of a small number of low-resolution TNA images

to illustrate articles about the subjects of the images in question,
when a free alternative does not exists and can not be created,
on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,

is believed to fall under the fair use clause of United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.

The reason given is: Wrestling character in question so far appears mostly in Japan, as yet apparently no free-use photos online
