Blanca of Castile

There are several persons, all members of the royal family of Castille, that wore the name "Blanca of Castile" (sometimes translated as "Blanche of Castile"):
- Blanche of Castile (1188-1252), daughter of Alfonso VIII of Castile and wife of King Louis VIII of France
- Blanca de La Cerda, daughter of infante Fernando of Castile and Juana Nunez de Lara of descent from Sovereigns of Vizcaya, wife of infante Juan Manuel of Castile, Loed of Villena and Escalona - through this Blanca, succession in the Basque province Vizcaya eventually passed to Penafiel family and then to Trastamare family, kings of Castile.
