Blake Sloan (born July 27, 1975 in Park Ridge, Illinois, United States) is an American ice hockey forward.
Sloan started his NHL career with the Dallas Stars in 1999. He would also play with the Calgary Flames and Columbus Blue Jackets. He would win a Stanley Cup with Dallas in 1999.
In 2005-06, he played in Sweden's Elitserien for Timrå IK.
For the 2006 -2007 season, Blake Sloan has signed to play for Adler Mannheim in the Deutsche Eishockey-Liga.
