Blaire Armand is a fictional character from the Rainy Streets chronicles. She appeared in the first book of the series; Half Magic.

Blaire Armand was born December 31, 7968 B.C., the daughter of a poor man and woman, Khelek and Salena Armand.
Blaire fell in love with a man who was known to keep several dozen women and tell twice as many lies, and although her brother could not openly protect her much without losing her loyalty, he still watched them and did what he could to keep them apart. When Blaire was sixteen she was found murdered in an alley, the blood entirely drained from her body.
It is said that before this incident she may have been her brother's lover.
She was buried the next day. That next early morning when her brother went to visit her, her grave was dug up. A vampire by the name of Ajit, someone who worked for the man she had loved, turned her into a vampire. She stayed with him for several hundred years before she ran away.
For thousands of years where she was unknown to anyone but her, and it was said she might be in Egypt or China. Blaire must have, at some point, come over to the United States of America, for that is where she met Kitty Kulap in a graveyard.
After some talk in the USA, she went with her brother and Kitty Kulap to Egypt and then to China. A war rained down on them, though, after they went to Russia and then came back to China. During the war Noria Sezi, Helena Darkstorm and Blaire Armand all died among many others.

Blaire is known as a spicy woman with a quick temper and only a bit of self-control. She loses her cool often and easily, but gains it back just as fast. A smirk and daring eyes have become her trademark look, and she is considered quite devious. Her intentions usually are not very clear, although Noria Sezi, the Queen of China, seems to figure her out easily.

Blaire has auburn colored hair and silver-green eyes. She is considered quite beautiful, being a middle eastern woman with ivory skin and thick lips. Her hair hangs down to mid thigh, impressing many people with its length. She appears as a sixteen-year-old girl, but the confidence and intelligence that radiates off of her makes her appear in her mid-twenties. She is known to be quite curvy and athletic.

Blaire Armand's parents were Khelek and Salena Armand. She has a brother named Khalid Armand. Later on in the story Khalid adopts a son named Yuki Armand and Alexiel Armand, so Yuki and Alexiel are her nephew and niece. Blaire said in the first book that she bore a son during the gap that her and Khalid were apart, but the child was never revealed by the author.
