Blair Redford

David Blair Redford (born August 6, 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American actor. Redford grew up in the suburb of Canton and attended Sequoyah High School.

D. Blair Redford worked for several summers in Georgia's Renaissance Festival performing and doing stunts, creating a pirate character named "Rusty Compass." He is an avid tennis player, and turned down scholarships upon graduating high school in order to act. Redford got his start in modeling followed shortly by a win in a WB open call that granted him a seat as a team member of the WB Road Crew. After about a year and a half on the Road Crew he was approached by a talent scout in Atlanta and moved to Los Angeles. After a short time there, he then landed the role of Scott "Scotty" Grainger, Jr. on the soap opera The Young and the Restless in July 2005 and was then let go from the soap after only a few months. He was scheduled to last air in February 2006. He still does appearances for the show, and may re-appear on the show occasionally.
