Blaine Taylor

Blaine Taylor is the current head coach of the Old Dominion University Monarchs basketball team. An excellent and skilled coach, he has led his team to many accomplishments both major and minor, including a recent CAA Tournament championship in 2005 and subsequent birth in the NCAA Tournament, where the twelfth-seeded Monarchs lost to fifth-seeded Michigan State in the first round. Taylor also led the Monarchs to the 2006 NIT semifinals, where the team lost to the Michigan Wolverines. He used to be the head coach of the University of Montana and an assistant coach under Mike Montgomery at Stanford University before taking over as head coach of the Monarchs.
