Blaine 'Zippy' Cook was the lead singer of the Seattle political punk band The Fartz in the early 1980's. After they disbanded, Cook went on to front the thrash oriented Accüsed. Blaine currently fronts Toe Tag. http://www.myspace.com/toetagofficial
