Black triangle

Black triangle may refer to one of the following:
An equilateral black triangle with a point pointing downwards:
- Black triangle (pharmacology), suffixed to the trade name of a British medicine indicates the drug (or its mode of use) is new
- Black triangle (badge), a Nazi concentration camp badge worn by inmates deemed "asocial"
- Black triangle symbol, the Black Triangle was used to identify "socially unacceptable" women in concentration camps by the Nazis. Lesbians were included in this classification. Since then lesbians have appropriated the black triangle as a symbol of defiance against repression and discrimination as gay men have similarly appropriated the Pink triangle.
- The stage of software development where the processing pipeline has been connected, but content and behavior have not yet been completed. See term origin
