Black sesame soup

Black sesame soup (芝麻糊; pinyin: zhī má hú; literally "sesame paste") is a popular Chinese dessert that can be widely found throughout China. In Cantonese cuisine, it is a form of tong sui, or sweet soup. The main ingredient is crushed black sesame, with added flour, sugar, and water. It can now also be easily home-made using instant packets.
